The contract includes engineering design and construction of a new dual sports hall in connection with the current sports hall in Lystlunden. The hall shall have a parking area in the basement, a joint entrance with the current hall, changing rooms, storage for sports equipment, a separate section for exercising apparatus, as well as a sports hall with room for two handball courts and telescopic grandstands. The expected gross area of the new hall is approx. 7 440 m2.
The tender documentation for the turnkey contract is scheduled to be issued by September/October 2017, followed by the signing of contract with the turnkey contractor by November 2017.
The scheduled start of works is 2018 and the hall shall be completed by June 2019.
The project shall be executed as a passive house standard in accordance with NS 3701 and as a turnkey contract in accordance with NS 8407.
