Kongsvinger municipality shall digitalize and increase the efficiency of the work processes. A programme with a period of 4 years shall therefore be established. In connection with the initiation of the programme, the following 4 authorities/projects are selected:
— NAV (the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Authority);
— Health and care, home-based services;
— Child welfare authorities;
— Building applications, the technical administration.
