The procurement is divided into 19 lots. Some of the lots have several product lines with specified sizes or variants of the product. See Part 2 Annex 1 Price Form — Framework Agreement for further specifications and the estimated volume. The total estimated contract value for one year is 8-10 000 000 NOK per annum excluding VAT. Lots 8, 10, 11 and 12 together make up between 5-6 5000 000 NOK per annum excluding VAT. Attention is drawn to the fact that the estimated values and volumes are not binding for the contracting authority.
Tenderers are to complete the ESPD form in Mercell.
If a tenderer will use sub-suppliers to fulfil the qualification requirements, the sub-suppliers must complete an ESPD form as stated in Part 1 Competition Terms — Open Tender Contest, part III, section 1.9. The xml form for filling in the ESPD form is in Part 1 Annex C.
