The contracting authority requests tenders for scheduled air transport services for official journeys for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, henceforth referred to as NPRA.
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for domestic scheduled air transport services for NPRA's employees The service provider is expected to provide a wide range of air transport services, in regards to destinations and frequency of departures.
