Statens pensjonskasse (SPK) shall soon procure a tool for course registration and administration. The intention of this market survey is to map Norwegian language systems that are available in the market.
The course department in SPK holds approx. 300 courses per annum on pensions. The course portfolio consists of approx. 10 different types of courses.
The course department consists of its own employees, but it is also connected to several external lecturers within law, heath and finance. The course department also gets assistance from sister departments internally in SPK, which contribute with lectures on law, insurance and member reports. In addition we have internal dedicated persons who help calculate pension prognoses. There are, therefore, many persons who shall be coordinated so that they ‘are at the right place at the right time’.
The courses are nationwide and lecturers will have to travel a lot.
