The Sekulic Research Group wishes to acquire a system for measuring hydrogen deuterium exchange in proteins, in order to establish a technique of hydrogen-deuterium exchange coupled to a mass spectrometry instrument. The system is to be used to answer questions in the area of chromatin biology. The instrument is intended to help the Sekulic Group's research in enzyme dynamics, protein-protein, protein-DNA, protein ligand interaction, and is also expected to serve similar research needs of other research groups in the Oslo area.
