The contract shall cover the municipality's need for deliveries of fresh and frozen bakery products. The contract will mainly apply for Drammen municipality's municipal nurseries and Drammensbadet KF, but it can also be used by other municipal entities.
Drammensbadet KF has an existing contract for groceries, which also includes, for example, frozen potato cakes and hot dog rolls. Drammensbadet KF will, therefore, only be included in this contract for bakery products such as rolls/ciabatta, baguettes and bread.
The contract does not include Drammen Kjøkken KF. The Health, Social and Care Services Entity is also not included as Drammen Kjøkken KF delivers bread and bakery products to them.
Drammen Kjøkken KF produces cakes and food for meetings. The entities will be free to procure this and other products from Drammen Kjøkken KF.
Educational procurements, defined here as procurements made as a part of teaching or the educational set-up, will be exempted from the competition and the contract.
