A national project for improving the child welfare service has recently been implemented for obtaining new digital systems. KS, Bufdir (The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs), Trondheim, Oslo, Bærum, Asker, Kristiansand and Stavanger municipalities are participating in the Concept stage. The objective of the concept stage is to generate a concept that describes:
— Goals: What requirements shall the solution(s) cover, and how?
— Realisation strategy: How shall the goals be implemented? A realisation strategy shall describe the functions the various parties (market/supplier, municipality, state, private, service recipients) shall have in relation to ownership, financing, operation, development and administration of digital solutions.
The objective of the dialogue is to examine how the market can contribute to meet the requirements stated in the goal, and how new digital solutions can be implemented. New suppliers are encouraged to participate in the dialogue conference.
