The Norwegian Tax Administration wants to enter into framework agreement with a tenderer who can meet the requirement of competence and quality in the areas of concept and idea development, creative and strategic consulting, text and graphic design, knowledge and understanding of out-of-brand signalling and channel choices and the channels properties with emphasis on mass communications channels and digital and social channels, reputation management, as well as insight to the market and target groups.
Advertising and communications services means, for example:
— Campaigns in all channels (idea/concept development, message and design);
— Design and printing of information material and communications products;
— Film, photo, video and animation (including 3D modelling);
— Visual profile (further development);
— Minor, simple design/advertising assignment (express assignment/quick deliveries).
