Bergen municipality c/o Section ICT Group, shall enter into a new contract for the delivery of equipment and services for work stations (stationary and laptop PCs), so that Bergen municipality can offer all employees the correct tool for service production and service provisions, services for interaction, information access and electronic work support.
Bergen municipality would like input from suppliers in the market. Individual dialogue meetings will be held with suppliers who register their interest. Cf. the attached invitation.
The dialogue meetings are planned for 7, 8 and 9 September in ICT Group's premises in Rosenkrantzgt. 3, Bergen centre. 1 hour will be put aside per supplier/dialogue meeting.
Suppliers can register their interest by using Mercell's communication module. The deadline for registering your interest is 2 September at 12:00. The following is to be given upon registration:
Company name;
Names and roles of the supplier's meeting participants;
Wanted meeting times (e.g. 7 September from 9:00-10:00, or from 11:00-12:00);
Information on the time for individual suppliers will be sent out on by 5 September.
