The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invited the tenderer to submit an offer in an open tender competition without negotiation, concerning the purchase of high speed camera for the Research and Development department in The Norwegian Defence Estates Futura national competence centre for security of buildings (hereafter called NKSB). NKSB shall in the first instance purchase 1 camera, but also wants an option to purchase an additional camera during 2017. Including the option, the procurement is estimated to be over 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
