In collaboration with the National program for supplier development, a dialogue conference 2 is being arranged for interested tenderers.
The target group for the dialogue conference is tenderers in the building industry.
The objective of the dialogue conferences is to establish an early dialogue with the market to give a more detailed presentation of the project's need,
to inform the market and get the market's immediate response to the need and on the project's special challenges. It will be
possible to participate in a brief one to one meeting between tenderers and the project.
The conference will be held 14.6.2016, 11:00 — 14:00. Further information about the place and content will be in the annex to this announcement, which will be attached at a later point in time.
The Finnmark Hospital wants the conference in Alta on 14.6.2016 to be a meeting arena for relevant tenderers,
where they can make contacts and find potential collaborating partners. At the conference tenderers will be briefed on the project and the
general and special challenges one faces when planning the construction work, i.a. the challenge with regard to quick
progress. Interested suppliers and contractors in the construction industry are invited to provide input on ways to deal with
the challenges.
The contract form is under evaluation, and input from the tenderers is desired at the dialogue conference. Relevant contract forms are turnkey contract with or without collaborating, divided turkey contracts with construction turnkey contract and technical turnkey contract, or general contract.
