The framework for bus transport services shall be used in situations where the Contracting Authority requires transport services that go beyond the frames in the ordinary contracts for procurement of services. The requirements may occur suddenly and be non-scheduled, or scheduled. Due to this, the framework agreement will be divided in 3 parts:
— 1 part for non-scheduled assignments,
— 1 part for scheduled assignments with a value less than 500 000 NOK, and
— 1 part for scheduled assignments with a value over 500 000 NOK.
