Bærum municipality Property takes care of the municipality's role as landowner and is, in addition, an active contributor to development work in the municipality. In recent months the municipality has worked on mapping and clearing up uncertainties and inappropriate property borders and ownership. This mapping work has uncovered approx. 70 different cases so far, which require clearing up and adjustments to ownership and property borders.
This procurement is for assistance with clearing up these cases as well as continuous assistance in other cases that occur within the discipline. We would like the assistance to contribute to the further development of our routines within land consolidation, as well as increase our capacity and breadth of competence.
