The contracting authority invites tenderers to apply for prequalification for participation in a restricted tender competition. The tender competition is for a turnkey contract for a system in project 636 sheltered accommodation in the centre of Andebu.
40 sheltered accommodation flats shall be constructed with a daytime activity centre and communal functions in accordance with the prepared technical description, room and function programme, as well as the approved development plan with PlanID 071920150011. The project shall be heated with woodchips as fuel. The woodchip burner is planned to the connected to the local heating network at the secondary school and it will replace the pellets burner that is currently there. Andebu municipality would like to have an environmentally friendly construction and it has an ambitious climate and energy plan. The contracting authority would therefore like wood to be considered as a building material.
The project's start date is 1.8.2016 with completion by 17.10.2017.
The latest version of NS 8407 applies as the contract provisions.
The Guidelines on Interaction Contracts — EBA (Prepared by the Entreprenørforeningen — Bygg og anlegg) shall be a supplement to the standard for the associated option.
Option: There shall be an option for the interaction phase 1, which will be taken up if there are deviations between the available budget and the sum applied for.
