The sandbag filler described in the following specification
of requirements concerns a sandbag filler mounted on a trailer for road
transport, to undertake the Danish Emergency Management Agency's sandbag
filling tasks when a large number of sandbags are to be filled within a limited
period of time.
Delivery must be made no later than December 15 2015.
The main task of the mobile sandbag filler is:

To enable the municipal emergency management services and
other authorities to fill large numbers of sandbags.

To provide international assistance in response to requests
for international sandbag filling tasks.
