Norway supports efforts to reduce emissions from deforestation and forest degradation in developing countries (REDD) by approximately NOK 3 000 000 000 annually. The announcement concerns a framework agreement for the real-time evaluation of Norway's support. The agreement is for 2 years, with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend twice by 1 year at a time, to a total of 4 years. It is anticipated that between 2 and 8 evaluations will be conducted, and the total value is estimated to between NOK 6 000 000 and 16 000 000.
