The contracting authority would like, through this competition, to get total tenders for the delivery, assembly, commissioning and service contract for bicycle counters. The bicycle counters must be able to be assembled without the sensors for counting bicycles being dug down into the ground. The bicycle counters shall run on battery and at the same time be mobile so that the bicycle counter can be easily moved to a new counting place.
The contract has an estimated extent of between approx. 2-3 000 000 NOK. including the options and excluding VAT. The estimated contract value is for information only, and the contracting authority is not bound by it.
