The procurement is for regular (daily) cleaning services in accordance with NS-INSTA 800 at Hallingstad school, Tranby school, Tranbyhallen, Tranby library and Hegg school. In addition the procurement includes external window cleaning as well as surface treatment of floors (scouring, polish treatment and polishing). Polishing and scouring as well as polish treatment shall be included in the regular cleaning and calculated into the price. Only Iwax shall be used on coverings and the oiled wooden floors at Hegg school. Window cleaning shall be carried out once a year. Before the school starts. See the specifications in annex 2 as well as annexes 4-7 and the contract terms in annex 2 for further information.
It is a prerequisite that the service provider is aware of the quality control systems and that there is sufficient knowledge at the service provider to work in accordance with the standard.
