Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (G.S.S.O) requests professional and legal services in relation to regulations for the salary and personnel area The contracting authority requires traditional courses, reference books, support and possibly subject-specific sessions or new forms of learning.
The following areas within the salary and personnel area shall be covered by the tenderer:
— The Norwegian State's special agreement for domestic and international travels.
— Introduction in salary works, salary reports, annual settlements, and holiday allowances.
— The Working Environment Act. For both managers and employees.
— Regulations for sickness and maternity allowances.
— Pensions and contractual pensions.
