The contract is for ICT consultancy services for Bergen municipality. The requested consultancy services are divided into 3 lots.
Bergen municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with at least 3 service providers for each lot, where mini competitions will be held to choose the service provider for each individual assignment. See the tender documents, contract and specifications (annex 1) for further information.
Sub services, which naturally belong to the lots, are listed under each lot.
Tenders can be submitted for consultancy services for one or several lots. Tenders that do not include all sub services/professional fields under one lot will not be considered.
Lot 1: Enterprise development and performance management:
— project management enterprise development and ICT,
— enterprise development and performance management,
— process management and process development,
— organisation and change.
Lot 2: Service development, system development and system integration:
— project management ICT deliveries,
— system development,
— enterprise, system and information architecture,
— system and interaction design,
— master data management and system integrations,
— consultancy and support system management,
— ICT – service development.
Lot 3: Information security:
— security consultancy services,
— security audits.
