The Ministry of Justice and Public Security c/o the NAWSARH* project is responsible for carrying out infrastructure measures, including constructional adaptations at several bases for new rescue helicopters of the type AW 101. The assignment is stated in the governing letter for the NAWSARH project and is the result of the discussion of proposition 146S (2010-2011) ‘Procurement of new resuce helicopters etc. in the period 2013-2020’, cf. Innst. 82 S (2011-2012) and the contract for the delivery of new rescue helicopters signed with the manufacturer AgustaWestland Ltd. 19th December 2013.

The engineering design group manager shall assist the project manager in the execution of the assignment, and shall later be the manager for the builder representative in the construction phase.
