The contracting authority would like tenders for equipment that shall be used for mobile x-ray photography, mainly traumas and thorax in bed. In addition various skeleton examinations and abdomen shall be carried out. The apparatus that shall be procured will primarily be for use in the emergency and gastro centre at St. Olavs Hospital HF.
The contracting authority expects a lifetime of 10 -ten- years for the offered product.
The tender is for the procurement of 1-one mobile x-ray apparatus for the clinic for picture diagnostics.
1-one- tender is wanted for the equipment described in the tender documents. If a tenderer has one or several system proposals for the requested apparatus, the tenderer shall choose the one they deem to be most suitable based on the contracting authority's description and specifications.
The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that this tender competition includes an option for up to 4 -four- equivalent apparatuses to the one offered in this tender. The options will apply for a period of up to 4 -four- years from when the contract is signed for the first machine that is offered in this tender competition.
If one or several of the options are taken up, there will be a possibility to negotiate on the final configuration based on the offered machine as regards where the clinic intends to place the apparatus. The contracting authority points out that such future configuration will not change the chosen apparatus to a significant degree, but it is important that the supplier specifies in his tender how future technical options can be used if one or several options are taken up.
The contracting authority will evaluate the offered price for the mobile x-ray apparatus including the options requested in this tender. The tender price shall is what we shall deal with in the assessment and 160983 there shall not be any reservations on the take up of further options at the offered prices.
If discounts are granted, the tender shall state which discounts shall be granted for the procurement of 2, 3 or more mobile x-ray apparatuses respectively from the same supplier. Ready discounted prices are to be placed in the chosen options in annex B, price form. Necessary training of all personnel who work in the affected unit must be included in the delivery.
