A 2 year framework agreement has been established for carrying out questionaires.
The service provider shall carry out user questionaires for the Brønnøysund Register Centre and Altinn. These questionaires shall give the contracting authority feedback on user satisfaction and other measureable parameters in performance management.
Actual questionaires:
— User qustionaire for the Brønnøysund Register Centre (within the period August-November)
— User questionaire for Altinn (June)
— User qustionaire for the service owners in Altin (within the period November - January)
The aim is that the questionaires are carried out each year.
