The Contracting Authority intends to enter into an agreement to purchase services related to the management of municipal energy portfolios. The purpose of the contract is to achieve the lowest possible energy prices, based on financial management in the electricity market.
In line with the municipal environmental profile of the contract, purchase shall entail certified renewable energy. Tenderers must confirm in their offer that this requirement is met, and that the municipalities may be issued certificates as confirmation.
See Appendix Construction List of volum.xls for a list of amounts and number of installations. To date, we do not have a complete overview of consumption in Alvdal, Folldal, Os, Rendalen, Tolga and Tynset municipalities, but we are working to obtain the documentation. Construction Overview and the volume will be supplemented as soon as figures are available.
