This contract is valid for one or more of the following sub-areas.
Sub-area 1:
Oppegård Municipality
Sub-area 2:
Ski, Enebakk "South" (Enebakk is divided, north and south of the Kirkebygden [i.e "the parish church"]) Nesodden, Frogn and Ås Municipalities.
Sub-area 3:
Vestby Municipality
The contract does not give the operator exclusive rights to contracted chauffeuring for the contracting authority in the Rute A/S [i.e., "Route Ltd".] area.There will be signed parallel agreements with several operators.
The contracting authority intends to enter into several parallel framework agreements with precedence in all partial assignments.The operator must accept that other operators who have contracts with Rute A/S, for example, if other partial contract holders pick up and deliver customers into their designated area.This permits the contracting authority to be able to choose the most affordable and convenient transport solution at any given moment.
