Hankintapäätös

A concept evaluation (abbreviated KVU) shall be implemented. This shall be the basis for the Norwegian Government's decision regarding solution of the NTNU's existing and future area requirements.

The evaluation shall be based on NTNU's strategy and development until 2050, with emphasis on the humanistic and Social Sciences environment's current situation. The concept evaluation shall also indicate how NTNU, in the best possible manner should maintain the social tasks in a time-frame to year 2050.

The concept evaluation shall be prepared as a full-range delivery in accordance with the Ministry of Finance's system for quality assurance of major governmental investments. The evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with conditions and chapter structure for KS1 (external quality assurance) in accordance with the Ministry of Finance's framework agreement from 4.3.2011 regarding quality assurance of concept choice, as well as quality assurance of management basis and cost estimate for the selected project alternative.
