The object of ”Owner's Engineer” consultancy service is to assist TANESCO in ensuring that supply and installation of the five hydropower plants under the Emergency Repair initiative are made according to the individual needs of each power plant and in accordance with applicable technical and quality standards. Moreover, to assist TANESCO in ensuring that the quality and cost of the supply is controlled at an appropriate level.
