The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has entered into framework agreements within the following service categories:
Employee surveys:
— Design, execution, reporting/presentation of results,
— Possibility for support with regard to follow-up.
Organisation and management development:
— Design and facilitation of change processes,
— Co-operation development and conflict handling,
— Assistance with NRK's internal management development programmes.
Award authority's needs and performance requirements are further described in tender documents' Part IV, attachment, which must be replied to by supplier.
2 year framework agreement for employee survey, organisation and management development. Option for 1 year + 1 year prolongation of the contract.
