CERN intends to place a contract for 468 units of PCBs RTM for the CMS Experiment. The PCBs will be of size 322.25 mm x 94 mm, thickness of 2 mm, with 14 layers, filled & capped vias, using halogen free materials and copper thickness ranging from 17 ?m to 35 ?m. Impedance control will be required on up to 6 layers for both single ended (50 ohm) and differential (100 ohm) traces. The deliveries are expected over an estimated duration of 12 months from the date of Contract notification.
