The main aim of this procurement is to ensure that Vestland County has a framework agreement for the procurement of mobile telephones and the accompanying extra equipment. There will be different needs for mobile telephones, some will need a simple smartphone that can be used in the office (office phone), and some will need to use their phone for their daily work and will therefore need a more powerful phone.
