Tender contest for a framework agreement for travel agency services.
The contract is for access to an internet based booking portal for booking transport and hotel accommodation for both individual trips and group trips. In addition there is a need to make bookings through direct enquiries by telephone, as well as advice and assistance on trips.
The contracting authority can also need assistance with planning events, including finding a suitable location, checking capacity, obtaining prices, and booking courses and conferences in Norway and abroad.
