The procurement is for joinery and carpentry services that also include masonry and tiling work. The contracts will include repairs, maintenance, alterations, and new buildings. Material required for the various operations is also included. The exception will be in cases where the contracting authority has obtained products/materials for the work itself. The contract also comprises smaller supporting work and work that naturally falls under the discipline.
