User surveys: The objective of the assignment is to assist the police in various parts of the work with and the process in gaining such insight: general advice, assistance in designing surveys, conducting surveys, writing reports etc. The results from the surveys shall be included as a knowledge base for the development and management of the Norwegian police service.
Employee surveys: The supplier agreement shall offer solid professional competence and experience in employee surveys and work environment surveys, both in terms of conducting and analysing major surveys and consulting assistance. The examinations are usually done at fixed intervals, but it must also be possible to carry out smaller limited periodical surveys.
