Lyhyt kuvaus
The framework agreement will be awarded to four contract partners with competence/capacity within management (maintenance/further development) of established IT systems. The framework agreement covers four obligatory delivery areas, and it is possible to get delivery access in the voluntary delivery area:
- Commercial framework agreement management and contract management
- Management services
- Consultancy services
- Development/management services and relevant operational services
- Voluntary: Limited infrastructure services
The initial contracts will be negotiated at the same with the framework agreement, and will use the terms/guidelines for price, deliveries, competence, and routines, etc., from the framework agreement. The Norwegian Environment Agency will make four initial call-offs. The four call-offs will secure permanent contract partners for the portfolios. All the established systems are included, apart from the portfolio for map-based trade systems - in a framework agreement for GIS services and data analysis.
