Haugesund Parkering Drift AS (the 'contracting authority') intends to construct a parking tunnel under the centre of Haugesund. The contract that is established through this procurement will be a partnering contract, in accordance with the plan, followed by a turnkey contract. The builder will be a newly established company ('Sentrumsgarasjen AS') owned by the contracting authority, the chosen tenderer, and, in accordance with the plan, also other public and/or private actors. Ownership will entail a financing obligation with the intention of providing the company with the necessary equity to complete the development.
