The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to identify possible systems and come into contract with tenderers that can offer a system for a national course and competence portal, with a multi-functional competence register for issuing competence certificates in roadworks warnings. Tenderers' systems will give us information that will make the future tender documentation better and more balanced.
This is an RFI, where the aim is to identify possible systems and come into contact with tenderers that can offer a system for a national course and competence portal, with a multi-functional competence register for issuing competence certificates in roadworks warnings. Tenderers' systems will give us information that will make the future tender documentation better and more balanced.
There is a need for a multi-functional competence register for issuing, and possibilities for re-finding competence certificates in roadworks warnings. The possibility for adding courses is also required, as well as candidates who will take a test at a traffic station.
The project will develop a general platform that connects the current trade systems, where a national course and competence portal, with a multi-functional competence register for issuing competence certificates in roadworks warnings, can function as a work platform for planning, implementing, reporting, and evaluating courses and competence raising. The competence certificate for the current system must also be moved.
The aim of this RFI is to obtain insight in and an understanding of the systems, services, and delivery areas that exist in the market for a national course and competence portal, with a multi-functional competence register for issuing competence certificates in roadworks warnings.
