Oslo kommune ved Bymiljøetaten [Oslo Municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Development] invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with rehabilitation and upgrading of Kjelsåsmyra and Øvre Foss artificial grass fields. The purpose of the procurement is to obtain a turnkey contractor for implementation of rehabilitation and upgrades of the artificial grass fields at Kjelsåsmyra and Øvre Foss artificial grass fields. The Agency for Urban Environment notes that this procurement is part of a larger portfolio of artificial grass fields that will be announced during 2021/2022. On this basis, the Agency for Urban Environment has chosen to announce this procurement as an open tender contest.
