Market meeting, project E18/E39 Gartnerløkka-Kolsdalen

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration invites suppliers to a market meeting on 08.12.2021 on a coming contract notice 'Main Contract for E18/E39 Gartnerløkka-Kolsdalen'. The contract will involve the construction of a new four lane E18/E39 on the existing road line on the stretch, which is approx. 1.5 km long. Two new split-level junctions are to be established, as well as a large number of constructions. The current two bridges over the railway are to be demolished and replaced by two new bridges, with one being a cycle express road. A new two lane Havnegata and a new two lane road to/from the ferry terminal will also be constructed. In addition several shorter foot/cycle paths are to be constructed, new green areas are to be established, as well as noise reduction screens and bus stops. The construction of new railway tracks, and alterations to the existing track to the ferry port and the nickel works are also included in the project.
