Sporveien is seeking a Supplier to provide competence to support the project “Spare part criticality assessment for improved supply chain efficiency”
The primary goals for the project are:
• Increased service level towards internal customers (workshops for T-bane, Trikken and maintenance organization of Infrastructure).
o Service level consists of, but is not limited to, following key elements: number of work orders (planned, corrective or acute) that had to be postponed due to spare part availability; Cost efficiency based on inventory levels, inventory management, and warehouse structure and warehouse management.
• Decreased inventory levels.
• Restructuring of warehouse space and warehouse setup.
• Integration of suppliers in inventory management (e.g., VMI, consignment stock, order to stock, etc.).
