Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place a contract for the supply of about 23 000 radiation-hard Low Gain Avalanche Detector (LGAD) sensors for the HGTD that will be installed in 2025-2057 in the ATLAS experiment. Series units shall be delivered from Q4 2023 to Q1 2025.
Interested firms shall have proven experience and competence in the design and manufacturing of radiation-hard LGAD sensors
