The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer that will be a fleet administrator for the municipality's own and leased vehicles. We would like the contract to have the broadest possible coverage of the contracting authority's need for fleet administrative services and the procurement of goods and services for the operation of the fleet.
