The Nordic Council of Ministers will ask a consultant to conduct a study, deliver a report and, if necessary, facilitate one to two workshops in the Nordic-Baltic region to help develop policy measures to strengthen digital inclusion in the region.
The study report will be used as an introductory study and as a base for further proposals.
