Statens vegvesen (the Norwegian Public Roads Administration) hereafter called the client, wants to enter into framework agreement for consultancy services in IT security. The contract will cover the need for competence that the contracting authority does not have access to in its own department at a given point in time, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The contract can also be used if extra capacity is needed.
The specialist area of security consists of the following:
• security systems,
• Preparedness and crisis management,
• information security,
• IAM (Identity and Access Management),
• audit of information security (services and contracts, etc.).
