The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority wants an agreement about a digital complaint form to the European Consumer Center Denmark.
The purpose of the digital complaint form to the European Consumer Center Denmark is to help consumers complaining over a seller in connection to a cross border purchase. The form shall make the complaint process easy and fast for the consumer. The complaint form should be easily changed to adapt to changes in relevant questions as well as guiding the consumer to the relevant information.
The digital complaint form shall deliver the complaint to the EU Complaint handling system which is based on the software Jira.
The contracting authority hereby invites interested eligible companies to submit offers for the solution of this task.
