Norad has for a long time had a recruitment halt due to an ongoing reorganization process. The process is expected to be completed on 1.2.2020 and there is a high probability that this will trigger a great need for recruitment. Norad will have the challenge of handling a large increase in the number of recruitment processes on its own. The purpose of this procurement is therefore to establish framework agreements with external suppliers who have good expertise and necessary tools that can help Norad in recruitment processes if needed. The bulk of the processes are expected to arrive in 2020.
