Lyhyt kuvaus
The aim of this procurement is to meet the needs of Fakultet for Naturvitenskap og Teknologi [the Faculty of Science and Technology] in the drying of thin dielectric films with a system based on inductively coupled plasma for reactive ionisation (ICP-RIE). The system will primarily be used for research and student educational purposes.
