The contract is for the procurement of global and regional analyses and high quality data on the oil and gas market, and trends in this industry. The tenderers' services must be available via an Internet based portal or similar, and they must be existing products that several customers currently subscribe to. The tenderer will also be expected to hold presentations and seminars on special topics connected to the global oil and gas markets and upstream industry trends, upon request from the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority also has an option for consultancy services that will be carried out by the Tenderer that is connected to each individual subcontract, which will be compensated separately. Such consultancy services can involve a thorough analysis of topics that are of interest for the contracting authority within the subcontracts' themes.
