Kompetanse Norge [Competence Norway] wants to enter into a framework agreement with up to four tenderers for consultancy services for leadership development. The objective of the procurement is to further develop Kompetanse Norge’s ability for renewal and problem solving and resource use in a good and efficient manner. Kompetanse Norge wants assistance in leadership development in order to strengthen the managers' expertise in their own leadership and improve joint management arenas and management processes.
