The Contracting Authority wants to use this procurement to enter into a contract with a service provider who will provide the engineering design and implementation of the reconstruction of the Health Centre in Askim.
From 2021, the Health Centre will be leased out to health related services, and as a result there is a need for adaptation and reconstruction before the building can be used for this purpose.
